Information for international collectors and customers
We welcome inquiries and purchases from international customers.
All artworks are shipped from Japan using EMS (Express Mail Service).
Since shipping costs vary depending on the size and destination,
please contact us by email before completing payment.
We will calculate the shipping cost and then send you payment instructions.
海外からのお問い合わせ・ご購入も歓迎しております。
当店では日本郵便のEMS（国際スピード郵便）にて発送いたします。
作品のサイズや重量により送料が異なるため、海外発送の場合は
ご注文前にメールでお問い合わせください。
送料を計算した後、決済方法をご案内いたします。

Payment can be made by credit card.
After confirming the total cost including shipping,
we will send you a secure payment link.

③ Shipping
発送方法
We ship internationally via EMS (Express Mail Service) provided by Japan Post.
Delivery usually takes 7–10 days depending on the destination.
All artworks are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
After shipment, a tracking number will be provided.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and package size.
海外発送は日本郵便の EMS（国際スピード郵便） を利用しております。
発送後、通常 7〜10日程度 で到着します（地域により異なります）。
作品は安全に梱包して発送いたします。
発送後、追跡番号（Tracking Number） をお知らせいたします。
送料は発送先と作品サイズにより異なります。
④ Import Taxes
関税について

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please check with your local customs office for further information.
Please note that we do not mark items as gifts or undervalue shipments.
輸入関税や税金が発生する場合は、
お客様の国の規定により お客様のご負担 となります。

⑤ Authenticity Guarantee
真作保証
All artworks handled by Ito Bijyutsuten are guaranteed authentic.
They are acquired directly from artists or through trusted and legitimate sources.
When available, the original wooden box (tomobako) and accompanying items will be included.
If any work is proven not to be authentic, we will offer a full refund.
伊藤美術店で取り扱う作品はすべて真作です。
作家本人または信頼できる正規のルートを通じて入手した作品のみを扱っております。
共箱などの付属品がある場合は、作品とともにお届けいたします。
万が一、真作でないと証明された場合は返品・返金に対応いたします。
